Contact LineUp Support: Live Chat and Email

LineUp support works through two written channels. Live Chat opens from the chat icon on every page of lineup.bet, and email goes to support@lineup.bet. There is no phone line and no Telegram support channel, so questions about an account, a deposit, a bonus or a settled bet go through chat or email. Replies to email arrive in the same inbox, so use an address you check often.

Which Channel Fits Your Request

Most questions can go to either channel, but a few requests have a preferred route:

RequestWhere to send it
Login trouble, a missing deposit, a game that will not loadLive Chat
Setting or raising a deposit limit, self-exclusionLive Chat or email
Withdrawal requestAccount, Wallet, Funds Withdrawal; Live Chat for status questions
Closing the accountLive Chat or support@lineup.bet
Closing the account because of gambling concernssupport@lineup.bet
Formal complaintsupport@lineup.bet

Escalating a Problem Into a Formal Complaint

If a chat answer does not settle the issue, the complaint process runs in writing:

  1. Describe the problem to support and wait for the first reply by email.
  2. If you disagree with that reply, send a detailed written complaint from your registered email with “COMPLAINT” in the subject line.
  3. Support passes the case to the Complaints Resolution Committee when it cannot solve it on the spot.
  4. The committee sends its decision within 10 days of receiving the complaint, longer only for unusually complex cases.

How Long Typical Requests Take

Some answers depend on other departments rather than on the chat team:

ProcessUsual time
Identity verification (KYC)1 to 24 hours
Withdrawal processingMonday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, slower on weekends and holidays
Refund of a disputed paymentUp to 5 days, depending on the method

Operator Behind lineup.bet

The site is owned and operated by Software Solutions S.R.L., registration number 4-144-892943, a company set up under the laws of Costa Rica and regulated by the Government of Costa Rica. Email remains the official route for any written request to the operator.
